The 3rd doorway will be only on the right aspect of the New 500, this means that it would be on the driver’s side in the United kingdom and Eire.

The three-doorway model would be the third variant of the New 500, just after a hatchback and convertible. It will be built in Fiat Chrysler Automobiles’ Mirafiori factory in Turin, Italy. FCA has set up potential of 80,000 models a 12 months there for the a few variants.

Fiat will announce the price of the three-doorway variant at a later date, but it is expected to be better than the hatchback but considerably less than the convertible.

The launch edition of the New 500, termed Prima, starts off at 34,900 ($40,600) euros for the hatchback and 37,900 for the convertible in Italy, like installation of a wallbox property-charging level. Fiat has not declared any other price ranges for the New 500. A gasoline-engine Fiat 500 starts off at less than 15,000 euros.

The New 500 is driven by an 87-kilowatt (116 hp) electric powered motor and a 42-kilowatt-hour lithium ion battery pack. Fiat says it has a variety of 320 km (200 miles) on the WLTP take a look at cycle. 

In comparison with gasoline-driven versions of the vehicle, the New 500 is 60 mm extended, at 3,631 mm 60 mm wider, at 1,687 mm 20 mm taller, at 1,508 mm and its wheelbase has developed by 20 mm to 2,320 mm.
